The Ballistic Advantage VG6 Precision Cage Device has the task of disrupting side concussion, while holding to the characteristics of the Gamma and Epsilon series muzzle devices. With a close wrap fit, the CAGE distributes the gases in a way conducive to muzzle control and concussion disruption. Utilizing a series of small holes, the sides of the CAGE move over the chambers of the Gamma and Epsilon devices. This movement allows the gasses to expend energy uniformly and slow them down moving through the porting. These actions disrupt horizontal concussion and allow the muzzle brake more time to influence the gases escape through all the ports. An extremely smooth recoil and zero muzzle flip are the results of “bleeding off the energy” instead of abruptly losing it.
