The SIG Sauer P229-1 9mm Pistol Barrel is the replacement barrel for Sig’s P229 firearms chambered in 9mm. Available in two models-9mm and 9mm Threaded, the P229-1 is the replacement barrel for the E2 Grip style P229. Replacing the barrel is easy and convenient, be sure the weapon is unloaded, remove the slide from the receiver and grip module, slide out the existing barrel and replace it with the P229 barrel. All Sig Sauer P229 replacement barrels are heat treated for toughness and durability.
