RETURNS & REFUND

Special Orders and Backorders:

All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to Online Orders, Special Orders, Backorders, and Layaways. Orders will require payment upfront. There are no cancellations, substitutions, or refunds.

Layaways:

Xtreme Guns and Ammo offers our customers an interest-free layaway program. Our program is structured as 4 equal payments of 25% each: an initial 25% down payment at checkout, followed by 3 additional payments of 25% spaced 30 days apart, for a total of approximately 90 days to pay off your order. Layaways are subjected to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire order, equal to the amount of your first down payment, which is non-refundable. Layaway orders do not receive allocations until 75% of their payment has been received (after the third payment). Layaway is available for items that are not currently in stock as well! Warranty:

Xtreme Guns and Ammo is NOT responsible for any manufacturer defect. This includes, but is not limited to damaged products, malfunctions, and operator error.
