The MC Armor PST Ballistic Helmet (Level IIIA) is NIJ tested with 9mm at 448 m/s and .44 SJHP at 436 m/s. Immersed for 3 hours in water the PST Ballistic Helmet was tested at 49 degrees. Every MC Armor PST Ballistic Helmet sports a BOA adjustment system a Pad suspension system, side protection, a buckle closure and a black finish. ​To merit Level IIIA NIJ Certification the PST Ballistic Helmet is conditioned and must resist 125g .357 SIG FMJ FN projectiles with a velocity of 1410 fps and 240g, .44 Magnum and 5.7x28 projectiles with a velocity of 1340 fps.
