The SIG ROMEO-RS PRO (Reinforced Steel) is the cost effective, pistol mounted red dot that competes with high-end iron sights. Mirroring the design of modern striker-fired pistols, employing high-strength polymer and metal, this red dot is also crafted of polymer and metal, and the ROMEO-RS housing wraps around the rugged steel chassis, supporting and protecting the premium aspherical glass lens. Additionally, threaded metal inserts on the ROMEO-RS, allow for optimal torque load when mounting this optic to a pistol slide and installing the side-load battery tray, while offering increased accuracy and durability for the windage and elevation adjustment mechanisms.

Each SIG ROMEO-RS features a side-mounted illumination adjustment button that is embedded in the polymer housing and prevents accidental interference. Replacing the battery is very easy with the side-load battery tray, while maintaining zero. Sig’s new footprint design delivers true compatibility, with industry standard optics cuts, and still allows for additional lock-up strength from steel recoil pins, eliminating the potential for lateral shift.
