The Vortex Diamondback Tactical 4-12X40 features exposed tactical turrets built for quick and precise bullet drop and wind drift compensation. Dialing elevation and windage is reliable at extended ranges, and returns to zero every time. Optic rotation indicators, integrated into the turrets, provide a visual cue of the turret's position.

Vortex has equipped the Diamondback Tactical 4-12X40 with the Second Focal Plane, VMR-1 MOA Reticle. Designed to maximize long distance shooting, the VMR-1 MOA is effective determining ranges, holdovers, windage corrections and moving target leads.
