The Hex Pro's chunk ported barrel and slide where designed to greatly reduce muzzle rise, keeping the muzzle super flat. The Jacob Grey Hex Pro features a fully CNC machined pre hardened 4140 billet steel frame that is precision ground and hand fitted for perfect fittment. It also comes with a super strong 416 stainless steel slide that is precision ground and handfitted to produce silk like movment. This all new Hex Pro comes with Jacob Grey's CNC contoured double stack aluminum grip module that is hand fitted to perfectly to its frame. Also, its grip features attractive CNC machined texture to provide a positive grip with outstanding comfort. Furthermore, its grips are hard coat anodized and its frame and slide are DLC treated for superior durability, as well as improved lubricity. All critical components of the Hex Pro are overbuilt, and feature their proprietary Armored Billet system that is CNC machined from ArmorCore alloys, then treated with Copper Canyon DLC for and ultra durable coating that reduces friction, as well providing unmatched wear resistance.

The Jacob Grey Hex Pro Pistol is ready from draw to the last round, delivering exceptional control that creates a confident shooting experiance for the operator. Every aspect of the Jacob Grey Hex Pro is built and finished 100 percent in house, including the machining of all its controls that are machined from billet stock to exact tollerances to mate flawlessly with its frame, slide and grip module. During assembly these componets are inspected and precisely fitted for a tighter geometry, providing better wear characteristics and creating a more consistant fit from pistol to pistol. This level of production takes more time and experienced labor, as well as higher end machining.
