B&T SPC223

Introducing the B&T SPC223, Brugger & Thomet's adjustable gas piston SPC9 variation chambered in 5.56 NATO. The SPC223 mirror's the functionality and design elements of their tried and true SPC9 pistol caliber variants. This SPC223 piston-driven weapon features B&T's hydraulic buffer system, interchangeable non-serialized lower and familiar ambidextrous AR pattern controls. B&T's SPC223 has a low recoil impulse due to its hydraulic buffer system and its adjustable gas piston system has three positions optimized for suppressed and none suppressed use. Furthermore, the SPC223 is perfect for multiple scenarios, with its quick six position telescoping stock, NAR (NATO Accessory Rail) with M-LOK and its rail system offers plenty of space to add lights, lasers, electro-optics or other accessories. Also, B&T has included their Open Tine Hybrid Flash Hider/Comp on the SPC223 to mitigate both flash and recoil. It also doubles as a solid suppressor interface for fast and secure attachment of B&T and SureFire suppressors.

Brugger & Thomet designed the B&T SPC223 from the ground up to be suppressed and to be a modernized version of the infamous AR-15 platform. The SPC223 features a unique 12.1 inch tapered bored barrel to deliver carbine length velocities from a much shorter barrel. It also gives this shorter entry length weapon rifle like ballistics.
