The CMMG Dissent Br4 350 Legend was created by Winchester in 2019 for hunters in states with straight-wall cartridge requirements. Bringing more power than rounds like 30-30 or .243 Win, this 350 Legend offers less recoil than most straight wall cartridges. CMMG has designed the Dissent Br4 350 Legend by combining traditional rifle styling with modern fit, finish and capability. Engineered around CMMG's Buffer-less Compact Action, offering a shotgun-style stock layout, this Dissent Br4 model remains legal, while still partnering with standard AR magazines and optics-ready furniture. Sporting .350 Legend trim, this Br4 rifle sports a 16.1 inch 4140 CM steel barrel with a 1:16 twist that is optimized for common .350 Legend bullet weights. A carbine-length gas system, with an adjustable 0.750 inch gas block is offered on the standard model, while the specific "Empire" (non-threaded) model is without muzzle threads for compliance in many states. In these 'less-forgiving' states CMMG's Dissent Br4 350 Legend Empire profile with a recessed barrel crown gives deer hunters an advantage.
