Equipped with either a 20 inch 416 Stainless Steel barrel, or a 16.1 inch 4140 Chrome Molly Barrel, both finished with a nitride finish, durability and corrosion resistance are prominent without sacrificing performance. Engineered with CMMG’s patent-pending direct impingement, Compact Action, eliminates the need for a traditional buffer tube. With this design, the integration of a folding stock is possible, significantly reducing the overall length of the rifle when folded, making is ideal for transport and storage. Shooters wanting to shoot suppressed, or just want to fine tune the Dissent to preferred ammo, can accomplish this with the adjustable gas block that gives the freedom to dial in the exact gas system needed. Also included is a proprietary 15 inch handguard that delivers enough space to add many accessories via the M-Lok slots.
