The WLVRN is a short stroke, gas piston bullpup rifle, with an enhanced rotating bolt assembly, designed to run much cleaner, and be more reliable than traditional direct impingement rifles. With a total redesign, this WLVRN has 49 less internal components than the previous generation MDRX Rifles. Additional features include a new internal barrel locking system, derived from Desert Tech's SRS and HTI Rifle platforms, adding rigidity to the WLVRN, as well as 30 percent increase in accuracy, and a much softer recoil impulse. Furthermore, the WLVRN's ultra compact design and superior ergonomics make it simple to handle with familiar, easy to reach controls. D.T.A's new and improved quick change barrel system allows the WLVRN to quickly change from a CQB 16 inch rifle to a 20 inch long range platform in a matter of seconds. Outfitted with Desert Tech's Ratchet Compensator, overall muzzle jump is reduced and shots are kept on point every time! Sporting an upgraded, super crisp, 4 pound trigger, the break is extra clean break with almost no take up.
