The PWS MK114 MOD 1-M Upper (Pinned and Welded) is built on the legendary PWS Long-Stroke Piston system, designed for the AR15 platform. Maintaining the reliability that PWS owners want and expect, every PWS MK114 MOD 1-M upper is engineered for reduced fouling, enhanced reliability and cleaner operation, even when suppressed. Sporting a 14.5 inch, 41V50 Steel Barrel with a 1:8 twist, it is Pinned and Welded with a factory 3-port compensator that elevates this upper to meet the legal requirements for a non-NFA firearm, bringing the barrel length to the 16 inch minimum. Accommodating both .223 Remington and 5.56mm NATO ammunition, the MK114 MOD 1-M Upper is also suppressor optimized to minimize gas blowback and back pressure for a cleaner shooting experience, and the 13.5 inch Free-Float M-LOK Handguard offers exceptional real estate to mount accessories. Additional features include the integrated adjustable gas system allowing shooters to tune the gas flow and helps to manage recoil and performance by reducing back pressure when suppressed. Additionally, this upper is engineered with fully forged 7075-T651 aluminum and includes the Radian Raptor Ambidextrous Charging Handle for smooth operation for all users.
