Introducing the compact HK VP9A1 K (Optics Equipped), Heckler and Koch's next generation of optics included VP9 handguns. This VP9A1 K is chambered in 9MM and comes with a 4.09 inch or a 4.7 inch barrel. These HK VP9 handguns are known to make shooters better than before! Backed by reports from law enforcement, qualifying scores improved once the VP9 was adopted. The HK VP9A1 compact has many upgrades including an improved trigger, grip frame and controls, that all work together for improved performance. Each VP9A1 compact is equipped with a Vortex CCW Enclosed Red Dot optic and the 4.7 inch barrel model is equipped with a Holosun Optic package that includes a direct mount solar charging sight. HK's VP9A1 K's slide is made from high strength steel and has a carbon-nitride corrosion resistant finish. It also has a serrated surface on the frame to provide a tactile reference point. Additionally, the Nickel-Teflon coated trigger bar provides a smoother pull and cleaner break, and the higher grip saddle lowers the bore axis for quicker target acquisition, less felt recoil and faster follow up shots. Every VP9A1 K includes a full set of interchangeable backstraps and side panels, making customization possible to each shooter.

The HK VP9A1 K (Optics Equipped) Pistol includes a take down lever that remains locked until the magazine is removed, then the slide can be removed without pulling the trigger. Another unique feature on the HK VP9A1 is the heavy duty extractor that functions as a loaded chamber indicator. HK offers the HK VP9A1 Compact Optics Equipped Pistol with a choice of magazines that include two 15 round or two 10 round magazines, Black or Midnight Bronze along with a California Compliant model.
