HK VP9A1 Tactical Kompact Pistol (Optics Ready)

The all new HK VP9A1 Tactical Kompact Pistol (Optics Ready) chambered in 9mm, is the next generation of VP9 handguns. Suppressed from the factory, this VP9A1 sports a 4.7 inch hammer-forged barrel with threaded muzzle and suppressor-height sights that provide a 1/3 co-witness through the window of a red dot, while remaining visible over the top of most suppressors. HK's VP9A1 Tactical "K" is truly a compact pistol with a 4.09 inch slide on the threaded barrel, offering an overall length of 7.3 to 7.5 inches and weighing approximately 25 ounces with an empty magazine. As a member of the "A1 family" this pistol sports the A1 upgrades that include a Universal Ergonomic Grip with no finger grooves, an interchangeable backstrap and side panels with adjustment options of up to several dozen grip configurations, compared with the legacy VP9s. Additional features include a polymer-frame, A1-series striker trigger, with nickel-Teflon coated trigger bar, short/light take-up, crisp single-action break along with a short, positive reset that assists with faster aiming with more controlled follow-ups.

HK designed the VP9A1 Tactical Kompact Pistol as a duty/carry gun balancing concealability with shoot-ability, that is positioned between the full-size VP9A1 and the subcompact VP9SK/CC9 models. Every Tactical Kompact is also suppressor ready, and includes the optics-ready slide with available plates to add pistol dots.
