The ZEV OZ9 V2 Elite Hyper Comp Pistol delivers all the benefits of a Compensator in a compact platform, without adding extra length or weight. Featuring four tapered, vertical ports that are integrated into the top of the barrel, gases are vented upward to reduce muzzle rise. This feature creates one of the flattest shooting compacts on the market. Zev’s OZ9 V2 Hyper-comp X is the combination of the OZ9 V2 receiver and a full size x grip that creates an easier to control pistol.

Every ZEV OZ9 V2 Elite Hyper Comp Pistol offers a top channel cut-out on the slide that extends to the front of the barrel opening. This allows the front sight to be pinned directly to the barrel, and easy to track the sight during recoil as it does not reciprocate with the slide. Barrel disassembly, for cleaning and maintenance, is a snap with the unique ported barrel design, there is no compensator to remove. ZEV’s OZ9 is compatible with ZEV components and GLOCK pattern magazines.

This patented ZEV OZ9 compact steel receiver can be easily interchanged between grip sizes with the removal of a single pin. A trigger, housed in the steel receiver, allows for grip changes without having to break down the pistol completely. Additionally, a hybrid slide design combines upgraded Gen5 internals and Gen5 barrel with a Gen 3 recoil system on the OZ9 V2 Elite Hyper Comp Pistol.
