The SIG Cross Bolt Action Rifle is Sig Sauer's light weight 6.5 to 6.8 lb accurized Sniper Rifle. Its reinforced 3 lug 60 degree bolt design was created to safely handle the pressures of the new 277 Sig Fury cartridge. SIG Sauer's 277 Fury cartridge is a new cartridge designed for the US Army's next generation squad weapons program.
This SIG Cross Rifle is designed with a free floating barrel, Also the handguard is directly bolted to the 20 MOA upper receiver. Eliminating the need to mount the handguard to the barrel nut like most ar style rifles. Outfitted with a curved super crisp, clean trigger that is adjustable from 2.5 to 4.5 lbs.
