Its super strong Drivelock M-LOK Rail system is designed to minimize rail deflection, creating a more ridged platform for iron sights and optics. Also its ultra strong M-LOK rail features intricate rail texturing for maximum grip-ability, as well as low snag fencing around its controls to prevent snags from gear, slings etc.
This Sons of Liberty Gunworks SOLGW MK1 features CNC machined male lugs on its handguard that mate perfectly with the female grooves on the upper receiver to create the strongest union possible. Unlike traditional designs that have excessive dead space and weak flex points between the upper receiver and handguard. The MK1 CAR SOLGW's interlocking receiver and handguard design, allows the bridging of optics and accessories across the entire rail without sacrificing alignment or accuracy. Also, the internal friction points of the MK1's upper receiver raceways have been overhauled. They now feature a unique coating on the race ways to reduce carrier drag, with less drag the rifle to cycles faster to deliver a smoother cycling rifle with less wear.
The SOLGW MK1 is available in three barrel options, precision stainless steel barrel, chrome lined barrel and a ARMAD barrel. All three varations features P3 rifling for extended barrel life and reduced throat erosion.
