A reduced and contoured Elite beavertail on the P226 allows for a higher grip, with a reduced profile, that eliminates printing, and aggressive front strap checkering, with added checkering under the trigger guard, enhances the grip while an X-Five undercut, on the trigger guard, gives greater control with the higher grip. Additionally, front cocking serrations provide greater purchase for cycling the action. Other great features include low profile de-cocking and slide catch levers, to reduce the risk of snagging, and an enhanced polished action, with the SRT (Short Reset Trigger), is accented with a Grayguns, Inc. designed P-SAIT trigger. Last but not least, a solid steel guide rod adds weight where it matters most.
