The B&T APC9 SD Pro (Advanced Police Carbine) is a flagship handgun representing a breakthrough in customization and modularity on a pistol platform. Each component is meticulously machined with the precision that B&T is known for. The heart of the APC system is the hydraulic, shock-absorbing, buffer system that mitigates recoil and enhances accuracy. Customization is found in the flattop picatinny rail for optics and the under-barrel rail for lights and/or lasers. A variety of accessories have been designed and created for every APC PRO unit. Accessories available include; brass-catchers, extended magazines and fore-grips.

B&T’s APC9 PRO SD is equipped with an integral suppressor system. This system produces a quiet report of just under 130 decibels. It also features a series of ports at the front of the chamber that allow supersonic ammunition to be suppressed effectively by slowing the bullet down. This in turn reduces the sound that is generated. Other improvements include lower receiver ergonomics, a side positioned bolt hold open/release and a non-reciprocating, auto-folding charging handle. Many aspects of the APC PRO mimic the AR15, such as an ambidextrous selector switch, the ergonomics and the trigger assembly. BT has made the APC9 SD available with either a B&T Lower or a Glock Lower.
