The Dead Air Xeno 3-Prong Flash Hider is an excellent choice for precision-minded shooters. This lightweight suppressor mounting option provides all the durability expected from Dead Air. Additionally, the Xeno 3-Prong Flash Hider delivers outstanding performance as a stand alone muzzle brake, but it absolutely excels when paired with a Xeno Adapter equipped suppressor. Shooters will enjoy the tamed muzzle flash, even on short barrels with flashy ammo, and it is tuned specifically to .223 bullets. Designed to mirror the rest of the Xeno series, the Xeno 3-Prong Flash Hider with carbon buildup, will slide off, even after long shooting sessions. Additionally, every Xeno 3-prong flash hider’s prongs are de-tuned and will not resonate when fired or banged around.
When the Xeno 3-Prong Flash Hider is partnered with the Xeno Adapter, the left-handed threads on this combo eliminate the adapter unthreading from the silencer. Overall this provides more time on the firing line and less time cleaning up. Additionally, with the ample tooling surfaces that are present, the tool features are still accessible when the suppressor is completely installed. Engineered of nitrided 4140 steel, the threads will not be galled, as is common on un-coated 17-4 products, and hardness and corrosion resistance is outstanding.
