The Dead Air Xeno Mount Omni Brake is uniquely designed so it will not sit deep into the blast chamber. Created to work seamlessly with the Xeno Adapter – equipped suppressor, focused erosion is minimized on the suppressor’s baffles and the lifespan is prolonged while sound performance is maximized. Sporting standard 1-3/8-24 threads, the Xeno Mount Omni Brake is compatible with other silencers on the market. Dead Air’s Xeno Adapter and Xeno Brake combo, have left-handed threads, and ensure the adapter won’t unthread from the silencer when removed. Ample tooling surfaces are featured and are accessible, even when the suppressor is completely installed, making the removal of carbon and copper deposits easy, without damaging the threads. Crafted from hard, corrosion-resistant, nitrided 4140 steel, the threads on this Xeno Brake will not be galled and this system offers incredible repeatability and durability while adding minimal length and weight to the silencer. Additionally, the Xeno Brake and Adapter combination is a powerful, lightweight mounting option with non-negotiable repeatability and a solid return to zero, which makes it a truly excellent choice for precision-minded shooters.
