The new Kimber 1911 Rapide Dawn (CA) (MA) LCI is a truly unique 1911 with amazing features! Chambered in either 9mm or 45 ACP, Kimber has included stepped cocking serrations, slide lightening cuts (for faster slide lock up) and a TiN coated barrel just to start. Additionally every Kimber Rapide Dawn CA MA LCI offers ambidextrous safeties, a flush-fitting extended magwell, a V-Cut matchgrade trigger that breaks crisply at 4-5 pounds and Tru-Glo TFX Pro Day/Night sights. Enhancements to this new pistol also include a loaded chamber indicator at the top of the slide to the rear of the chamber. Additionally included is a magazine disconnect, that prevents the pistol from firing unless a magazine is loaded. Kimber has created the 1911 Rapide Dawn (CA) (MA) LCI to provide options in states where traditional features are not available and to provide an additional layer of security.
