COLT LE901-16S
The COLT LE901-16S can change calibers from 5.56mm up to and including 7.62x51mm NATO by changing the upper receiver group by the user, in the field. By simply disengaging the takedown and pivot pins (No tools, gunsmith or gauges required) the user can quickly change from a 5.56mm Close Quarters Battle (CQB) short barrel configuration to a full length 7.62x51mm Extended Range Carbine (ERC) configuration in seconds without the need to re-zero or re-target optics. The COLT LE901-16S is truly versatile rifle system.
