The Kimber Hunter Rifle is a light weight bolt action, offering all of the premium features shooters expect from a Kimber firearm. At the heart of the Hunter Rifle is the 84 controlled round feed action, inspired by the Mauser 98. Dual locking lugs and a full-length claw extractor, that bites down on the cartridge case for reliable cycling, are top features. Weighing approximately 5.5 to 5.6 pounds, a match grade adjustable trigger and a removable box magazine make for quick and easy loading. Engineered with a Stainless Steel Barrel it also includes a one inch recoil pad for comfort.

Kimber offers the Hunter in eight calibers; .280 Ack. Imp/84L, .308 Win./84M, 6.5 Creedmoor/84M-Twist RH8, 7mm-08 Rem/84M-Twist RH9, .243Win/84M, .257 Roberts/84M, 30-06 Sprg/84L, and .270 Win/84L.
