The Breda Icaro Waterfowl Shotgun is the weapon of choice for serious waterfowl hunters that demand a reliable and high-performing firearm in the most challenging environments. Chambered in 20 gauge/3 inch, this inertia-driven shotgun will excel in all conditions, from frigid marshes to flooded timberlands and always delivers for shooters who expect only the best!
Every Breda Icaro Waterfowl Shotgun is built with Breda’s precision drilled barrel crafted of formula “Acciao Breda” carbon alloy steel. Offering a subtle elasticity that enhances barrel harmonics and also minimizes barrel expansion, Breda’s specially engineered steel alloy barrel is known for its flat shooting accuracy, improved shot velocity and dense patterns that ensure every shot counts when targeting fast-flying waterfowl. Hunters have a choice of 26 inch or 28 inch barrels on the Icaro shotgun. Another outstanding feature of Breda’s Icaro shotgun series is the trigger group. Entirely CNC-machined from a solid block of Ergal 7076-T6 Aluminum, this superior alloy delivers both durability and responsive trigger pulls. Additionally, the Icaro Waterfowl Shotgun’s well-balanced and lightweight design makes maneuverability in a blind or boat a breeze. Designed with the classic Breda two piece upper receiver, the receiver attaches to the breech with the bolt slide guides that are contained within the frame. Removing the barrel and upper receiver is one action and hunters can easily access the interior of this shotgun easily for maintenance and cleaning without risk of losing small components or needing special tools.
Breda has also included other signature features on the Icaro Waterfowl Shotgun, the Stock and Forend are engineered of fiberglass reinforced Rilsan high impact polymer and finished in Breda’s soft touch non-slip finish or hydro dipped camouflage. Also included are the floating bolt, with rotating locking head, a flat hunting rib and a red LPA fiber optic front sight. Breda offers the Icaro Waterfowl Shotgun in Black, Mossy Oak Bottomland and RealTree Max 7 finishes and every Icaro ships in an ABS case, with three extended, removable chokes (IM, M, IC) and an extended 90mm full choke, a choke key and detachable sling swivels.
