The AGM Apache A-9 Aviator Night Vision Goggle System is a variant of the AN/AVS-6(v)/9 series goggle, the US Army/Navy standard fielded issue. Bringing a new level of performance to the system, the Apache A-9 offers the standard P-43 green and high contrast P-45 white phosphor image intensifier tubes.

The Apache A-9 System, equipped with Class A or Class B filter coatings on the objective lenses, offers a 40 degree minimum field of view. Adjustable, large format, 27mm eye relief eyepieces can be changed from +2 to -6 diopters for most corrective lenses. Additionally, the Apache A-9 can accommodate inter-pupillary spans between 51mm to 72mm while offering over 10 degrees tilt adjustments to compensate for in service helmet applications.
